Alex M. Rodolakis was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. Mr. Rodolakis joined Gilman, McLaughlin & Hanrahan LLP in 2009 as a partner and opened the firm's Cape Cod office. Mr. Rodolakis devotes his practice to corporate and commercial matters. He has substantial experience in corporate governance, commercial litigation and transactional matters. He has also represented troubled businesses and individuals in all facets of workouts and bankruptcy.
