Robert E. Moran is a member of the bar in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, the United States District Court for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Moran received a Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Georgetown University in 1980. He received his Juris Doctor degree, Cum Laude, from Boston College Law School in 1983. His academic honors include Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Alpha Theta and Pi Sigma Alpha. Mr. Moran is a member of the Boston, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and American Bar Associations. Mr. Moran is also a member of the Massachusetts Conveyancers Association.

Mr. Moran has over fifteen years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the purchase, sale, financing and development of multi-million dollar commercial and residential properties. Mr. Moran concentrates in representing closely-held businesses, including their formation, operation and sale. Mr. Moran has successfully negotiated commercial loan workouts and has extensive experience in business law, corporate law, and commercial law. He has written articles and lectured on various topics in the areas of real estate and business law.
