DAVID L. KLEBANOFF: Commercial litigation is necessary when businessmen can't resolve the problem themselves with whatever tools and experience and relationships they've had. One or both sides have just gotten to the point where they can't work it out.
ROBERT E. MCLAUGHLIN SR.: I think we're successful in commercial litigation because of the breadth of experience that we have. And when things don't work out, we have the ability to go to court. We're not afraid to go to court. And the other side knows we're not afraid to go to court.

Some of these we try to keep out of the court system for a variety of reasons. But working to the ultimate satisfaction of what the client needs done is what I do all the time.
