David L. Klebanoff was born in Boston, Massachusetts on October 2, 1954. He received a B.A. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. In 1981 Mr. Klebanoff received a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University as well as a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University. He joined Gilman, McLaughlin & Hanrahan in 1984 and became a partner in 1993. Mr. Klebanoff has an intentionally non-specialized practice including general litigation and real estate with particular expertise in corporate governance and shareholder derivative litigation, zoning and land use issues and real estate taxation. Mr. Klebanoff serves as counsel to the Board of Directors of Demoulas Super Markets, Inc. (Market Basket) and among his other clients represents John M. Corcoran and Company and the cities of Boston, Springfield and Newton and the Towns of Brookline and Somerset in multi-million dollar property tax appeals. He lives in Concord, Massachusetts.
